At the time of recruitment, Office had just been bought out by Truworths, and were looking for a Head of HR to drive operational culture change throughout the organisation.

I was brought in after two other agencies had failed to place the role, and approached it from a culture-first perspective. I quickly identified alternative candidates who had the skill set to drive change whilst engendering trust and direction in the teams around them, successfully placing this challenging role.
